Are you confused about the difference between Habits & Tasks in a Dream and Single Habits & Tasks in the Unassigned folder?


For example, a large goal like "Get Healthy" can be a Dream.

Within this Dream, Habits could include "meditate for 5 minutes before bed," "run daily," and "write a daily emotion journal," while Tasks could be "schedule a counseling appointment" and "buy a gym membership."


On the other hand, if you don’t need to manage something as a large goal in a Dream, you can create Single Habits or Tasks.

For example, "call mom once a week" is a Single Habit, and "meet with a friend" is a Single Task.


Here’s how to create Single Habits or Tasks and Dreams with sets of Habits and Tasks:


  • Create Single Habits or Tasks using the "+" button on the To-Do page.
  • Create Single Habits or Tasks in the Unassigned folder on the Dream page.
  • Create Dreams with sets of Habits and Tasks only from the Add and Dream page.


This allows you to use Dreamfora to keep track of everyday Habits and Tasks for your overall wellness!
