If you want to make your account private, which prevents users from viewing your profile page (including followers and following, feed, and progress), please follow these steps.

1. You must first go to your profile and select the cogwheel on the upper right.

Then select “Privacy”

2. Click the slider under “Private Account” to make your account private.

Once you make your account private, you will see a lock icon next to your profile name to indicate your private account.

To other accounts, your profile will look like this.

FYI, with a private account, your posts will still appear on the public feed unless you specifically make the post itself private.
