To check off the formation of a habit, navigate to the "Dream" page. Click on the dream plan, and then select the habit that you desire.
Scroll down and tap on the bottom “Form habit” button:
Click the arrow on the top left-hand corner to go back. Once you go back, you can see that when a habit is formed, it moves to the bottom of your Habits list and gains a purple checkmark with the date you completed it!

To track how many habits you’ve formed, go to the To-Do page and tap the progress bars in the upper right-hand corner. Under “My achievements" you can see how many Habits you've formed, as well as how many overall Habits you've checked off.
