Distinguishing between public and private posts on Dreamfora: 

- Public posts are accessible to anyone (all users) 

- Private posts are solely for personal reference

On the feed page of the app, navigate to the bottom left-hand corner, where you'll find a circular icon with a pencil outline (it is orange).

Click on that and continue to the category selection: Motivation, Tips, User Plans, Routine, Reflection, and General. Select one and click on the ”Next” button. 

In this section, you will enter information such as title and content. You also have the option to add a picture. 

Once you've filled out your content, you can control the visibility of your post. 

Look for the "Public" icon, which is also represented by a globe icon. 

To make your post visible to everyone, leave the "Public" icon as it is. 

To make your post private, tap the toggle switch. When it's turned on, it will change color to orange with the circle will appear on the right side of the toggle. 

To finish the process, tap anywhere on the screen to exit and tap "Post" located at the bottom of the screen.
