Yes, you can ― but there is a small limitation. 

You can check off habits only for past 7 days. Even if you forgot to check off by mistake, a week will be enough to go back and check off habits from passed days.


Suggestion: You can only check off habits from the past 7 days. Even if you forgot to check them off by mistake, you will still have a week to go back and check off your completed habits.


To check off habits for past days, open "Today" page and change dates at the top of the screen.


To check off past habits, open the "Today" page and change the date at the top of the screen using the arrows.

  • You can go back to past dates with the left arrow.
  • In case you complete tomorrow's Habits in advance, you can also move onto tomorrow with the right arrow.
