Yes, you can ― but there is a small limitation. 

You can only check off habits that belong to the past 7 days. Even if you forgot to check off a goal by mistake, a week will be enough to go back and check off habits from passed days.


To check off past habits, open the "Today" page and change the date at the top of the screen using arrows.


  • You can go back to past dates with the left arrow.
  • In case you complete tomorrow's Habits in advance, you can also move onto tomorrow with the right arrow.
