To change the days your habits repeat according to your lifestyle, click on "Habit" on the main page and click the Habit you would like to change to open its detail page.


On the detail page of the Habit, Select which days you would like to form your habit and this will highlight those days in blue.



This will automatically change the Repeat Days, and your Habits will repeat on the days you have selected. They will appear on the "Today" page on the next selected recurring day.

Changing the Repeat Days for Multiple Habits


You can change the Repeat Days for multiple Habits at the same time on the Habit list page.


  • Select the "Edit" button located on the top-right corner and select the Habits you want to edit.  
  • After the Habits are selected, click on the "Repeat Days" option on the action bar at the bottom of the screen. 



  • The days you choose will be highlighted in blue. This will make all of the Habits that you selected have the same Repeat Days.




Additional Information:


* When you need a break from forming your Habit, you have the option to make your Habit inactive. Inactive Habits are not shown up on both your "Today" page and your "Progress" page.
